An awesome journey from end to end of Vietnam.
In Hanoi discover the back streets by rickshaw. Cruise overnight on a traditional-style wooden junk in the magnificent landscape of Ha Long Bay visiting its amazing grottoes and caves. Swim from the boat in the clear blue waters and enjoy fresh seafood.
Travel by train to small towns and villages in the north. Onwards to Hue where you explore the coast including Historic Hoi An Town and Nha Trang one of Vietnam’s premium resorts with fabulous sun, turquoise waters, a string of islands and white sandy beaches. Between taking in the sights you can swim, snorkel and laze on the beach.
Further south visit the charming lakeside town of Da Lat before reaching Ho Chi Minh City. As well as taking in the city you will stay overnight in a local house in the Mekong Delta for a truly unforgettable experience.

Day 1
Fly to Hanoi.
Day 2
Arrive in Hanoi.
Day 3
Full day city tour followed by a fantastic traditional water puppet show this evening.
Day 4
Overland to Ha Long Bay. Board a traditional-style wooden junk for your one night cruise and seafood dinner.
Day 5
Cruise visiting islands and caves. Return to Hanoi via Dong Trieu ceramic village. This evening overnight take the sleeper train to Lao Cai.
Day 6
Arrive in Lao Cai and enjoy the scenic drive to the hill station of Sa Pa. Walking tour visits the unique Sa Pa Market. Trek into a mountainous region to visit the Ta Fin ethnic village.
Day 7
Walk through the village and experience daily life of Tay people. Visit other villages. Back to Sa Pa and take the overnight sleeper train back to Hanoi.
Day 8
Arrive Hanoi and fly to Hue. Boat trip on the Perfume River visiting Thien Mu Pagoda and the elaborate Mausoleum of Emperor Minh Mang.
Day 9
Drive south to Hoi An town. Later walk or cycle through rice paddies to the nearby beach.
Day 10
Excursion to My Son Holy Land. Fly to Nha Trang. Free time at the beach.
Day 11
Boat trip around the coastal islands. Later visit the Long Son Pagoda and the impressive Ponagar Cham Towers.
Day 12
Leave Nha Trang for Da Lat the 'City of Eternal Spring' stopping en route to visit the famous Po Klong Jarai Cham Towers.
Day 13
Visit the Lam Ty Ni Pagoda, Hang Nga Guesthouse and Truc Lam Thien Vien Pagoda. Later make your way downhill to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 14
Half day city sightseeing. Travel through the rolling countryside to Vinh Long, the heart of the Mekong Delta. Take a bicycle ride around the village. Tonight you stay in a village home and have dinner with the host or a hotel if you prefer.
Day 15
Take a boat trip for an exciting excursion around the tributaries of the mighty Mekong River to Cai Be floating market. Then drive back to Ho Chi Minh City.
Day 16
Return flight.
