8km to the west of Sanya West Island is water sport heaven. The island's beautiful corals grow in the surrounding waters and multi-coloured tropical shoals can easily be seen. However it's not just the diving that people come to West Island for. West Island is the major location for water sports in Hainan Island. There is diving, swimming, beach football, volleyball, speedboats, water skiing and many other facilities. The island will provide you with a tropical, exciting and unforgettable water sport experience.
A stretch of spacious soft beaches can also to be found on the south-east side of this small island.
