Explore the cities of Siem Reap and Phnom Penh plus Komong Phluk built on stilts and the ancient capital Udong.
You will not be disappointed by the beauty and splendour of Angkor Wat which features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, running along the outer gallery walls it narrates stories from Hindu mythology. See many other wonderful temples in this region.
The village of Komong Phluk where the houses are on stilts as high as 10 metres is incredible. In the wet season the stilts are hidden and water laps up to the floor boards. The flooded mangrove forests are an incredible sight and a wonderful place to explore by boat.
Phnom Penh city on the banks of the Mekong and the Bassac Rivers has experienced both turbulent and nostalgic eras, now re-emerging as a must see destination. Take a Cyclo tour of Phnom Penh, stopping to wander at the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom, the founding religious structure and namesake of the city.

Day 1
Fly to Siem Reap.
Day 2
Arrive in Siem Reap. Visit the Angkor National Museum then the Roluos Group temples Lolei, Preah Kô and Bakong.
Day 3
Drive to Angkor Thom, the Great City. Later visit Angkor Wat. Then visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a sunset view from Bakheng Hill.
Day 4
Visit temples.
Day 5
Visit village of Komong Phluk where the houses are on stilts. Tour by boat stopping en route at a fantastic local market.
Day 6
Travel by road to Phnom Penh. Visit the ancient capital city of Chenla and stop at the Sambo Prei Kuk community.
Day 7
Cyclo tour of Phnom Penh, see the Silver Pagoda, the Royal Palace and Wat Phnom. Visit the Apsara Arts Association and the National Museum.
Day 8
Visit a Cham Muslim village and see the pre-Angkorian temple at Phnom Baset. Drive to Udong and visit the temples and large stupas.
Day 9
Return flight.
