Our favourite is the delicately stir-fried fish snout with Eucommia, a slightly spicy dish which serves to boost vitality, strength of bones and tendons, and give you a great complexion.The dish is crowned as gold medalist in Chinese Food Festival, 1992, and enjoys nationwide fame, as well as being a popular dish within the Luijang Harbourview Hotel.

Constructed in the Ming Dynasty (1368-1644), White Deer Cave is an ancient temple named after the two elegant statues that are positioned either side of the cave’s entrance. Mist is commonly seen around the stone statues in the sweltering summer months - in history, this was said to be the enchanted deer ’smoking’.
Make sure to bring your camera when you set off for White Deer Cave - the views are simply unmissable, like the nearby Tiger Stream Rock Temple, a picturesque building set in the midst of lush green hilltops.
