For a memorable experience of China's history Visit the Mausoleum of General Yue Fei, at the southern foot of Qixia Hill by the lake, built many years ago as memorial to the leader of the army fighting the Jin in the 11th century.
There you’ll find General Yue’s magnificent sculpture, and hanging over it - an original tablet in the handwriting of Yue Fe. Surrounding the sculpture, large wall murals depict the life stories of the great General, regarded a national hero.
