This newly built, modern Golden Dragon Hotel is the first four star of its kind in Yunnan, a placid rural province.
In eighteen years the Golden Dragon has already built a good portfolio of guests, having been host to VIPs such as the former Senior Minister of Singapore H.E. Lee Kuna Yew, and the former Prime Ministers of Thailand and Japan.

Rooms
The Golden Dragon consists of 290 guestrooms of all types, from a cosy, comfortable and elegantly styled standard single to the luxurious Presidential, Bridal and lavishly decorated Golden Dragon suites.
You’ll find everything you need to stop you missing home as you enter your room - including direct dial and international telephones, complimentary broadband internet access, tea and coffee making facilities, as well as the added extras.

Each of the Golden Dragon Hotel’s restaurants boasts stunning architecture, styled and arranged to create a relaxed atmosphere perfect for those taking a break from a leisure holiday, or to share thoughts after a business meeting inside the hotels conferencing rooms.

Designated by UNESCO as one of the world’s major cultural heritages, this placid, rural village is the center of the Naxi population, and is also home to some of the most beautiful parks and temples in Southwest China.
