Customer care is of paramount importance to us, as is your feed back after your holiday. Please take the time understand the points below. It will make a real difference to your piece of mind when travelling with us to the PRC.

Please also note we have a full ATOL bond, this gives you total financial protection for every aspect of your holiday.

Your holiday is tailor made with english speaking guides and private transfers not with a large group of people. We're here to support you every step of the way. Prior to departure you will also receive our own 'in China' information booklet containing a very helpful do's and dont's guide that comprehensively covers every conceivable question or concern you may have.

Communication

Everything is planned methodically and triple checked both by ourselves in the UK and China, however we have also set up the following procedures to give you complete piece of mind.

  • In your confirmation pack you will be given translation numbers (office and mobile) so you can contact a English and Manderin (Cantonese if you're travelling to Hong Kong) speaking employee of ours here in the UK - this runs 24 hours .
  • We employ two people in China, both english speaking. Karen in Beijing (Chinese Mainland) and Jim (Hainan Island). You are given their mobile and office numbers in the unlikely event you need to contact them.
  • Although hardly ever needed you are also given, in advance the mobile numbers of your English speaking guides who collect you from the various airports and take you to the various excursions.
Making your way around in your own time, free from arrangements with guides

We will also send you blank cards (shown below). If required our staff here in the UK (or China when your there) will fill in the blanks. This allows you to venture out, (without our guides) via Taxi etc without worrying about communicating where your going.

We will also give you an address list in chinese characters of all your accommodation address so if you venture out again there will be no problem with translation.

Special Instructions and Requests

All your special instructions and requests will obviously be passed over to our Chinese managers Karen and Jim. However if you, for instance, have an allergy we will issue cards stating this (samples below) - we leave nothing to chance. Just ask us to make these for you it does no harm to be safe.

Hobbies and Interests and Festivals

It is important to remind you that we take great pride in being able to come up with that extra something that will make your holiday just that little bit special. Maybe you have that special hobby or interest that we can incorporate into your trip. Teachers have recently visited a kindergarten, doctors a chinese medical centre, and we have just sent, (April 08) a carpenter to a wood festival in Sichuan. Please put us to the test!
