The Villas include a spa and restaurant facility that are both focused upon the healing and culinary traditions of Chinese herbs. Nestled at the foot of a scenic mountain range where the tranquil waters of a nearby lake nourish the surrounding fruit orchards and rice fields, the property has been designed to anticipate every possible need. It will be a place for discerning travellers to base themselves as they venture out to explore the visual treasure trove that the city of Nanjing and the surrounding country side of Jiangsu has to offer. Set amongst age-old willow trees and lush local flora, the villas of Kayumanis offer incredible views of the mountains and forested landscape beyond.
The most direct route to our Villas is to fly to Shanghai and travel first class by train to Nanjing Your butler will then collect you and drive you to your Villa. We have included this part of the Journey (the rail trip from Shanghai to Nanjing) and transfer in the cost of the two sample itineraries below. We will also have someone at PVG airport to assist you regarding your train and will help you every step of the way in your journey to and from our private Villas.

Each Private Villa provides uncompromising comfort, space, and above all utmost privacy. They are luxuriously appointed and spacious featuring their own swimming pool, an open-air natural hot spring and a gourmet kitchen. Each villa encompasses an area between 300 m2 to 700 m2. There are 14 one bedroom private villas and 7 two bedroom private villas.

All the Villas in Nanjing have been designed to provide uncompromising comfort. To accomplish this, the private villas are luxuriously appointed in impeccable interiors and finishes that harmoniously blend a more contemporary lifestyle with traditional Chinese accents providing every guest the perfect setting for an intimate getaway and/or holiday experience. Each villa is sinfully spacious and features its own swimming pool, an open-air natural hot spring, and every conceivable mortal that you require.

Kayumanis also features an indulging spa facility with three double treatment rooms and a Jacuzzi. The Villas share the facility of a signature-dining restaurant specialising in a menu of regional Chinese cuisine with a Western infusion. Open for lunch and dinner to in-house guests as well as the public.
Should you wish to visit the Local restaurants the butlers will take care of the arrangements. The best Restaurants in Nanjing have been sourced and bookings and arrangements are taken care of by the butlers, they make the recommendations and will be happy to escort you.
Hot Springs tub
You private butler will arrange to fill the Hot Springs tub for you when required (the hot springs heat lasts for about 2 hours). There are hot springs tubs located at the spa on the property too ensuring you have no excuse not to totally relax.
